Terms & Booking Conditions
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices shown on this site are indicative "from" rates per person sharing.
Deposits and lay-by
A booking is confirmed once the deposit reflects in our account. Lay-by instalments are interest-free and the balance must clear at least 30 days before departure. The rand price is fixed at deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges follow each supplier's policy. Where a supplier permits, paid amounts may be converted to a travel credit valid for 12 months.
Documentation
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and vaccinations. We assist with applications but cannot guarantee any embassy outcome.
